Using slow, rhythmic, and precise techniques, Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps to stimulate circulation within the lymphatic system—an essential part of your immune function. By supporting this process, the treatment can assist in reducing puffiness, calming inflammation, and encouraging a greater sense of lightness and balance throughout the body.

Using a Healing method which is a sacred, multidimensional healing practice that works across the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies to gently uncover and release the root causes of imbalance. Guided by intuition and higher awareness, each session allows what is ready to be seen, felt, and cleared to arise in a safe and supported space.

Reiki Healing is a deeply calming energetic healing practice that restores balance across the body, mind, and spirit. Sessions may include the use of pure essential oils to support grounding and relaxation.

About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa — the heart behind Lisa Rudham Healing.
Energetic Healing, self love and low tox living has always been a natural part of who I am. While I spent much of my earlier career in a corporate environment, it never felt quite right, and then everything shifted when I had children. This led me into the beauty industry, where I developed a strong foundation in client care and creating a calm, supportive experience for others.
From there, I felt a clear calling to move deeper into bodywork and healing. I completed my certification in Lomi Lomi massage and naturally expanded into energy healing and manual lymphatic drainage—bringing together techniques that support the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.
My approach is intuitive and personalised. I work with both the physical body and the energetic field, allowing each session to be guided by what you need most in the moment. I feel deeply connected to the intuitive and spiritual aspects of healing, which helps me hold a supportive space for clients to relax, release, and restore.
I now offer treatments from my private home-based clinic, where I’ve created a peaceful, sacred space for you to unwind, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
My learning is always evolving, with ongoing studies in lymphatic health and astrology as I continue to deepen my understanding of holistic wellbeing.
This work comes very naturally to me, and I feel genuinely grateful to support others on their healing journey. My intention is to create a space where you feel supported, cared for, and able to fully relax.
